Ok well I guess this is where the oooosss & aahhhhss are supposed to come.
Too bad I am only in week 4. I think I will take a picture this weekend after my 24th or maybe after recovery week. Yeah Ill prob do it after recovery week.
If you have any before or afters you would like to use then let me know and I’ll get them up here.
Ok here is day 1. Notice the frown lol
I know I am a hairy beast! I was hibernating all winter. I’m thinking I will trim it after my 60 days, should make me look more ripped lol

** The above text was from when I had my before picture up with the big frown face! Anyways here are my before and afters. I think I had some good results. Would have loved to be super ripped, but ya gotta start somewhere right! hehe just wait for round 2 ![]()

OK so this is my boy Mike! We bought Insanity at the same time, but like I said I just didn’t have enough room to do it. Mike started it. I was jealous. Mike is a beast!! This guy runs marathons, 5k’s, he would bust out insanity then go bust out another few miles on the treadmill. I dunno how he does it. I am not a runner and Mike doesn’t look like your typical runner either, but he sure loves to run. You can read more about his Insanity Workouts at http://www.irundoyou.com/category/insanity-workout/
All I can say is look at the before an after pictures! Wow! This is what made me said danggg I have to get moving on this! Don’t ask why the smiley faces. You can see what Mike looks like on his blog I just think the smiley/frowns are funny. I will also reveal my true self after my last insanity workout. Actually you see my mug on the home page anyway.
Here is a little blurb from Mike himself. If this doesn’t motivate you I don’t know what will.
“By the holidays of 2009 I found myself over 225 lbs and starting to spiral out of control with my eating habits. This isn’t the way I wanted to look
and feel being a married man of two children and turning 35 in May of 2010. I heard of P90x but I needed something shorter and to me after watching
the Insanity Infomercials time and time again making a 60 day commitment was much easier to the mind. I also saw the results from a good friend of
mine and said if he can do it so can I. It was Monday January 4th 2010 when I took the Insanity challenge and I also blogged about the Insanity workout
at times on my website http://www.irundoyou.com/insanity/
There were good and bad days but one thing I can tell you is after busting your ass the last thing you wanted to do was miss a workout. There were times
when I was going to bail on a workout, in fact one night I decided to skip day 5 of Core Cardio and Balance but after staying awake for an hour because I felt
guilty I made my way down to my basement at 11 pm and completed my workout. Insanity overtakes your mind almost brain washing you to eat better and
push yourself without even knowing it.
I could go on and on about Insanity and what it can do for you but the best thing I did was take the before and after photos, I couldn’t believe the results.
Now what will Round 2 do for me? Only time will tell, 60 days to be exact.”

Yeah man you need to shave that stuff. Will get you looking leaner. It seems to me you have a good frame to work off of. Can’t wait to see the after pictures. Just remember that diet is so important! Good luck and can’t wait to see the transormation.
Thanks Frank. Gotta keep pushing. I know it is within reach.
Oh my there is Nair for men you know
Hey I don’t mind sending you my before and afters if you can put a smiley face over my face.
Wow Mike you like great!!! Awesome results. Please show us pics after round 2
Thanks Janet I haven’t seen a big difference yet with Round 2 but its only been 15 days.
Mike,
Did you hit the gym at all as well? We’re you doing the 500 calorie meals? I’m 6′ and weight about 190, I would like to stay that weight but lose the fat and gain the muscle. Is it right for me to eat the 500 calorie diet? Pics look great!!
CHADDD where you been man? How is the progress?
