Did My First FRAN
Well today I did my first FRAN today at QCrossFit! My time was 9:09
So FRAN is your typical benchmark workout in CROSSFIT!
So what is it?
21 x 15 x 9
Thruster (front squat / push press), Pull-up.
CrossFit has what is called prescriptions. So for this it is a 95lb Thruster and Pull Ups with no help.
Did I do the presciption? Heck no lol. Wish I did, but just couldn’t… not yet at least.
So I did 75lb Thrusters and used a band to help with the Pull Ups.
It was an intense workout and it felt great. Next one I will try to do the pull ups without the use of the band.
