First Workout

Ugh so I had said in my last post I needed to get ready for the fitness challenge… did I ever!

Yesterday I did my first workout in… hmm.. I don’t even know, it had to be since June.  I was glad I did it.

I basically did the first half of the very first P90x workout, chest & back. You heard me right the first half lol. If you have not done P90x you basically go through the first cycle of exercises then you repeat them. I was feeling nauseous 10 minutes into it!

See it’s good I am starting a bit of exercise before the 90 Day Challenge. The last thing I want to do is go into the challenge mentally thinking I am as fit as I was and then burning out. I will continue to do  2 more workouts this week, maybe even a bike ride,  then the same next week all in preparation for the 90 Day challenge. I have to tell you I felt a little beat up after Mondays workout, but I had so much more energy later and was able to focus more at work. It was great. Half the battle is just getting your butt to get in and workout!

I promise I will have my full 90 day workout I am going to follow this week up on the site. Again you don’t have to follow it, but it will be a good guide if you really have no clue on what to do!
