Hey I did the 60 day insanity workout and trained for a marathon at the same time. It was insane! I am in the army and training is something I do not take lightly. I want to do more! I leave for Afghanistan in Jan. I want to be ready. I know your program works and have got some of my buddies doing it as well. I want Asylum!
