Insanity Workout Begins… Again…
Well… I wanted to write up a big post about having a routine and staying in it and all that fun stuff, but I didn’t. Forgive me. My main point is that being in a routine is great, but when things come up and interupt that routine how do you get back in it?
That was like my last week. I had to travel so I told myself I would eat clean and get to the gym. To be honest I really did. I was impressed. I stayed at a double tree and when I checked in I TURNED DOWN THE FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE!! I couldn’t belive it. My conference started at 8 and I was up at 6am in the gym on monday and tuesday. I did not quite make it wed… I had some drinks… what could I do. I was home on Wed evening and that is where I kind of slacked. I was playing catch up the rest of the week and never got in a workout. Worst I was not eating the best either. All in all I was still eating better then I normally would so that is good. It just goes to show how important it is to follow a routine and get back in it ASAP if you fall out.
So back into the routine! Wow the first part of my 90 day fitness challenge is over! I am now starting the full insanity Workout! I did plyometric cardio circuit today and I felt great doing it. Overall I feel so much more energetic and stronger since starting the challenge. I was glad I snuck in some insanity workout during the first phase. It will help so much more with getting through the full 60 days of insanity. My core is so much stronger and I can feel it in everything I do.
