Day 5 In The Books

Day 5 is over and I gotta say I feel good! Sore, but good. Today started off with that crazy warm up. It was tough because it was freezing in my garage this morning. I could see my breath and when I was doing those stretches where you raise your arm up I could see steam coming off my head lol. Guess that means I am working hard!

I went into the workout still sore, but I have to say I felt stronger! I would start strong, but die out which is ok. Baby steps ya know. I would get these boosts of energy then fade out, but at least they were there unlike the previous few workouts. Pure cardio was killer today! No breaks ughhhhh. Well of course I took my own… even the people on the video were breaking left and right. Cmon guys dig deep your on TV jeesh!! Hahah jk!

All in all it has been a great first week of Insanity! Actually what am I saying I still have Saturdays workout, doh! That will be the tough one. Will I actually get up at 6am on a Saturday to finish out my week? I better. It is really the only time I will have tomorrow to do it, so I guess tonight is gonna be an early night. All good.

    Yeah man UFC is gonna be awesome! I wanted to get tickets since it is in New Jersey, but it sold out super fast and the only tickets I could find were $300!!!

    Who you think is going to win the main event JSP or Dan Hardy?

    I still can’t decide. I think Hardy might actually pull it out, but that is not my final answer yet. ;-)

    Hey, hope the PPV went well! Heard it was awesome. I assume as much… no post yet for today! ;) Chris, in answer to your previous question, I wouldn\’t have had any idea. I don\’t watch UFC much, and was more or less jealous that I was missing a party and people beating the crap out of each other.

    Will be watching WrestleMania tomorrow/tonight, for what it\’s worth though.

    Hope your workout went well. My Pure Cardio/Cardio Abs was killer today. I\’m pretty dead, but I liked the central work of Cardio Abs. I\’m thinking about doing that by itself tomorrow instead of taking the day completely off… I haven\’t decided yet. I just feel like I could have worked my core a bit more if I wasn\’t already dead… Know what I mean?

    Anyway, looking forward to your next post. Feel good to have the first full week behind you? I felt great… today seems like another accomplishment and I feel myself getting stronger… more endurance. Also wondering, and I know it\’s wierd, but what exercise seemed to be your first \"drain\" during pure cardio? What was the first point where you were like \"AAaah\"… and just HAD to take that break?

    Chad wassup UFC was great!! Frank Mir got whooped which I really didn’t expect and George St Pierre put a good whooping on Dan hardy, but Hardy went all 5 rounds! I don’t know how Dan Hardy didnt tap out a few times. I thought his arm was gonna snap!! Ill have to google for some video or pics of it. Was nuts!!

    Anyways I am off to do my saturdays post a day late! Ya know I will let you know about pure cardio this week, cause I know I was whooped straight from the warm up!! hahahahah
