Lazy Week
Well this is such a lazy week for me. That does not mean I will be not doing anything it just means it’s a lazy week if that makes any sense at all lol.
I was up at 4:45am this morning so I could get to CrossFit and get in a great workout! I will continue to mix this up with the Insanity Workout which you can read about over here http://www.gettingstrongnow.com/insanity-workout-review/
So over the last few days I got to hang out with a lot of family. Of course everyone is always saying JAN 1 it all starts lol. Hey I am guilty of it to. This year I have really made an effort to not give up %100 before JAN 1, but to at least keep working out and eat fairly clean during the week. Yes Christmas was a nightmare, but hey its all good. I guess the thing I am trying to say is not to give up completely because you would be surprised how much weight you can pack on in a few weeks
To bad it takes longer to lose that weight! Doh!
Anyways I hope to do a really in depth post come Jan 1 on all the great things I have in store for my 2012 workout regimen! It is going to be killer!
