I would be lying if I did not say that your diet is one of the main things you need to be doing right if you want to be in the best shape of your life. Even if you are doing the craziest workouts of your life you are only as good as the fuel you are feeding your body with. If that fuel is pizza, starchy carbs, refined sugars, etc.... that is not gonna cut it. The biggest thing with a diet is knowing what to eat and when to eat it. Les Mills Pump Workout comes with a get lean nutrition guide that is going to fire up your metabolism with its 3 stage plan as well as give you over 50 awesome recipes that you will actually want to eat! Diet is the turning point. If you can master it you are on your way to a new you!
Hey there fellow fitness folks! If you have been around here long enough you know that I have done The Insanity Workout & P90X as well as attend CrossFit Gym a few times a week. There is no intimidation of being in a gym type workout class environment where you get nervous. You got at your own pace until you feel confident. Since I have been working out for years I pick most of this up fairly quickly, but most people I talk to that are just starting out usually say it takes about 2 weeks for them to become really comfortable with the moves. That is not just for Les Mills Pump, but for the Insanity Workout, P90X, Power 90 etc...
