It’s Official – 90 Day Fitness Challenge Starts
Well folks today is the “official” start date of the 90 Day Fitness Challenge. I have been at it since Monday and I am feeling good, eating clean and ready to go!
The first few days have been rough, but I just push through to get up at 5:30 am and get in that garage and do it up!
I have been eating very clean… chicken, turkey, veggies and fruit. Drinking water and few cups of coffee. I am definitely craving some starchy carbs!! Will save that for tomorrow night. Few slices of pizza me thinks…
I meant to take a picture of the things I have hanging in my garage for motivation, but I only took a close up of the first 30 days… There is nothing more motivating then checking off those boxes
Today was cardio power & resistance… I hate power jumps “if you do Insanity you know what I mean”. This week I have done 2 Insanity Workouts and 1 P90X workout.
With both Insanity Workouts I took a lot of breaks, but I pushed through to the end, shirt soaked with sweat and all that fun stuff. It is gonna take another week or two before I really get back in to shape and have more endurance. Since I have been doing the P90X routine for the last month “well 2-3 workouts a week” I really felt a lot stronger with this weeks Shoulder & Arm routine so that is a good feeling.
Overall I am pumped! I am going to post my measurements up in another post today and my pics… ugh I’m so fat I really don’t want to, but I guess since I am running this thing I should huh?
Anyways here is the pic of me X’ing out the boxes!
