Paleo Diet
Have you ever tried the Paleo Diet? Basically think caveman diet and there ya go. Meats, veggies, nuts, and fruits. If it sits on a shelf it is prob a no no. I know… I know… it can be hard to follow, but I will tell you this! When I eat like this I feel so good! Normally my eating would go something like this… eat a bunch of food, eat bread, load up on the starchy carbs, then have no energy and feel so full after my meal and be craving some sugary goodness 30 minutes after I ate. The other thing is shoving down dessert food in my mouth. Granted my self control sucks so I prob eat a double serving of what most people eat lol.
Anyways I could go on and on about the Paleo diet, but I don’t want to go into super details. Click Here if you want to get the book and learn more about it. All I can say is try this for 2-4 weeks and feel the difference. If you have been looking to change something in your life then start here. Sure pretty much everyone you talk to will be like are you nuts? You can say no I just eat nuts…. wait a minute did I just say.. anyways you get the picture. The key is having food ready to eat so when you are hungry you just don’t grab something. Look below, this is what I had for breakfast this morning.
Pork Loin
Peppers
Zuchinni
Dollop of Avacado
It is really good and you know what when you start to eat like this you will not have the huge hungry cravings. You just have to give it a shot.

Some hardcore paleo people would say no to shakeology, but I think it would be fine. If you really want to get a good overview get the book on amazon, its like $15 i think and it really talks about WHY and all the benefits. Great read and tons of example diets. Keep me posted if you do. Would love to know how it goes.
