Just make sure you eat a lot if you are already lean. P90x is good too. That should put some muscle on you ;-)</description>

		<description>I was sore for like a few days.. But after that pretty much no more sore! I actually look forward to the workouts now. It&#039;s pretty intense for because I have to balance it out with school, I wake up at 5:30am, do the workout, eat, and then get ready for class at 7:30. Haha. My friends keep me going. We&#039;re all doing this together. Honestly I don&#039;t think I would pull through without their support. We kinda support each other to push and pull through, it&#039;s great really. I&#039;m not really doing this to lose weight, I&#039;m underweight for my age, I&#039;m 17, skinny lean type. I just want to get RIPPED. I plan to do P90 after this 60 day workout. Pushing through!</description>
