<p>What a way to start a Friday. As I was lying in bed last night, I got excited about Friday mornings workout, then remembered it was Pure Cardio / Cardio Abs. Yikes, Pure Cardio just scares me a bit because I know there are no breaks and the exercises for 1 minute each.</p>
<p>Again if you just started reading my blog, I start my workouts at around 6:15am so it takes a bit more to get me going. Today was extra hard. In yesterdays recovery workout I really just to focus on all the movements and my core. I was more sore today because of that. This lead to my quads getting real gassed during today&#8217;s pure cardio. Ha I think I am finally getting the Heisman down lol. Anyways I pushed through as always and now about 3 hours later I am feeling really really good. It&#8217;s nice to actually feel refreshed after the workouts then beat up like I did the first few weeks. Hang in there!</p>
<p>I skipped the stretching at the end of pure cardio and the warm up in cardio abs because of time. I guess when the Max workouts start the alarm will be set for 5:45 am to allow for the extra time. Ugh can&#8217;t wait for that. I really wish I could to the workouts at night since they are always much better and I am much more loose. I just love getting my workouts done in the morning which allows for more time with the family in the evening.  Well 1 more day and I am done with week 4 of the <a href="http://www.gettingstrongnow.com/insanity-workout-review.html">Insanity Workout</a>. Woo Hoo! Plyometric Cardio tomorrow. Ill prob bust that out in the afternoon.</p>
