Turkey Day Challenge

I challenge you to chow down lol. What can I say who wants to watch what they eat on Thanksgiving!! All that good food c’mon now.

Quick update… I have been slacking, with travelling a bit last week I only got one workout in. This week I play basketball on Monday and did Max Cardio today. ugh Max cardio is tough. I took a lot of breaks, but I feel great. I have to say playing any sport at least once or twice a week is huge. I played basketball for just about an hour monday night and I feel so good afterwards. There is a reason pro athletes are in great shape, they are doing their sport almost everyday!

Well with short time left in the challenge I am going to try and get in as many workouts as I can. I hope to be up tomorrow doing a killer workout to make room for the Thanksgiving Day feast.
