Weekend Eating Habits
I don’t know about you but eating on the weekends is the hardest part for me. During the week it is really easy for me to eat healthy. Well let me rephrase that… It is easy if I am prepared to eat healthy. By prepared I mean having my food read for the week. Typically I cook all my food for breakfast on Sunday night and all my food for lunch on monday afternoon. For dinner it is usally something health the wife makes. For snacks I make sure I have good healthy things around. Fruits, nuts, etc…
THE WEEKEND!! Well it all starts for me typically Friday night some pizza and a beer
Like I have said before there is nothing wrong with that. The rest of the weekend can be a bit all over the place so I find again the most important thing to do is be prepared and have some food around and good healthy snacks you can eat. I find when I don’t have that or I am just running around my appetite gets the best of me. That is where I will eat junk. This past weekend was a bit rough, but again not half as bad as I was before starting this 90 day challenge.
One thing to remember is this. Hey if you have a crazy weekend and eat of bunch of garbage, just get back on the horse and keep riding. I had a great upper body workout with Shaun T this morning and I feel great. This has kickstarted me I hope it can kickstart you!
