Curious? When do you do your workouts?
I am a morning workout guy. I find it is good and bad. It is good because I can get up early and get my workout in for the day. It leaves me energized and ready to go.
The bad part is sometimes I don’t want to get up early lol.
I used to workout at night, but there is really no time for that anymore. I do always feel I get such a better workout at night since I am more loose and awake then at 6AM, but then I am all amped up and can’t get to sleep.
So… when do you workout? I would say most people are 6-8pm correct? Curious to hear your thoughts.
