Working out and Being Sick

Ugh so it feels like I just keep writing about missing workouts! Not Good! Monday was supposed to be the Fit Test, but instead of that I did that Upper Body Workout from Insanity which is awesome! Later that day my throat was hurting and I was feel congested. Well…. Tuesday I felt like refried poo, so I skipped my workout and slept in then on Wed I decided a better nights sleep was worth it. So this week I have missed tuesday and wed workouts. I got up this morning and busted out Plyo Cardio Circuit. Was drives me nuts is how you can be working out like a mad man, then get sick and have a few days off and come back to struggling again! ARGH!! I know it is just becaue I am coming off being sick and prob not 100%, but it is more of a mental thing.

I can’t let this hold me down though. I did my workout…. I feel a lot better now… my head is even a bit less congested.

So what is my point? It is the same as the other post about the injury. If you need to take a day or two off to get back to 100% then take them! Just make sure you get back into it and not let that one or two days turn into one or two weeks.

Tomorrow will be finishing up the 8th week of this 90 day challenge. That leaves just 6 weeks. Am I where I want to be? Eh I feel so much better and stronger. My weight has been at about 230ish… my diet could be better.  I am going to take closer look at everything and make sure I follow a rock solid game plan over the next 6 weeks. I’ll prob even start takng the LIPO6 which should help shed a few pounds.
