Yoga X Fail

OK so today was YOGA X! The workout said 92 minutes so I was like oh man this is gonna take awhile, but I was pretty excited to do it, since I have never tried yoga before. Well… I guess there was a reason for that lol.
I dunno I know there are many people who like yoga, but this just wasn’t doing it for me. I know you are supposed to clear your mind and all that stuff, but all I could think about was what I was doing the rest of the day. During the other workouts I am focused on the matter at hand.
So I did about 35 minutes of yoga x and I can see how it can benefit you, but I just couldn’t continue. I decided to pop in Max Cardio and bust that out for 30 minutes. What a great sweat I got from Max Cardio. I think I will swap out yoga x with something from insanity, most likely max cardio or pure cardio.
All in all it was still a great workout!
